Shipping

• We prepare your orders as soon as we receive them, but kindly anticipate a 2-3 day delivery window. Depending on the time of your order, the package may not be collected until the following day.

Return policy

• Please notify us of any concerns regarding your order by sending an email to hellokumomiya@gmail.com and providing your order number. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return any unused product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the order date. Products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
