This matcha’s name is inspired by paintings of “cranes flying among the clouds,” and is a tea with sophisticated, elegant and well-balanced flavors. It has slight grassy notes, without noticeable bitter or tart undertones. Thanks to it being on the aromatic side, there is a lingering sweet after-taste.
