Yugen 又玄 - 40g can

This matcha’s name comes from a term meaning “mystery upon mystery”. Yugen is a full-bodied matcha and has more intense flavours with nutty, grassy and mildly tart undertones; because of this, there is a slight bitter after-taste. Like its name, you will want to come back again and again to taste the manifolds of flavours this matcha offers

Ideal for:

• Usucha; traditional drinking style of thin matcha
• Matcha drinks (lattes especially with alternative milks as it has a stronger flavour to balance tea to milk ratio, blended drinks)
