Goji Studio x Kumomiya: Matcha bowl

We’ve partnered with local Toronto ceramists Goji Studio, to create exclusive, handcrafted matcha bowls.

Matcha bowl details:

• One Goji Studio x Kumomiya matcha bowl
  • Material: Porcelain
  • Dimensions: 12cm width x 7cm height (size is approximate)

Matcha drinking recipe:

• This ratio is recommended for drinking matcha the traditional way
  
  • 1 tsp or 2 grams of our Marukyu Koyamaen principle matcha
  • 65 grams hot water (185 F°)
  • sift your matcha powder with a sifter
  • whisk your matcha until frothy
• For lattes or mixed drinks, adjust amount of matcha based on your preference
