This matcha's name is inspired by a river in the Ise Grand shrine. This river was used to wash priest garments which encouraged the idea of purity and clarity for the mind and body.
Isuzu when whisked has a nutty aroma, has a straight forward matcha flavour that has a light start and finishes bold. This matcha is a great beginner matcha for those who would like to experiment on what kind of matcha they enjoy.

- Usucha; traditional drinking style of thin matcha
